Photo Privacy and Handling: The sole reason for capturing an image of a customer’s eye is to provide them with art that is unique and personal. These images are two-dimensional photos. As such, they cannot be used on iris scanners that capture the structure of the eye by laser.  After your visit to our store, we will keep your image in our local electronic storage as a convenience to you for up to 30 days, to facilitate additional uses in future photos or re-orders. Your file is maintained based on a customer number assigned by our system, not a name or any other personal information.

If you decide to order a premium print that will be produced outside the store, your image and contact information will be used by this outside service to process your order. If you place an order that will be mailed to you at a later date, you agree with this and with our photo privacy and handling process. If you would like your image deleted immediately following the completion of your order, please contact the store and this will be communicated to all necessary parties.
